Day 2 Morning: Woke Up Early, Dove into Ice (2.3°C), Feeling Strong

Last night, I went to bed early around 9:30 with my son.

But I woke up three times during the night—

The first time was at 1:45 AM, and I was wide awake, my heart was beating fast.

I felt thirsty, so I got up, drank water, and took some salt.

Then I moved to the sofa, hoping for better sleep.

I ended up writing some pages there—wasn’t too comfortable, but eventually fell asleep.

Later, I moved back to bed and got a few more hours in.

I forgot to set a timer, so I slept in until 6:30.

When I woke up and checked my measurements—there was already a big impact on fat loss.

That felt motivating.

Then I took an ice bath at 2.3°C.

It was freezing. And perfect.

Felt so good I decided to record the moment.

After the plunge, I felt incredibly strong, awake, and clear.

Then I made breakfast for my family,

We had breakfast together,

Played with my son a bit,

And now… we’re heading to the park!

【2日目・朝】1:45起き、氷水にダイブ(2.3°C)、そして家族の朝ごはん

昨晩は息子と一緒に21:30頃に就寝。

でも夜中に3回も目覚めてしまった。

最初は1:45 AMに目が覚めて、心臓がバクバク。

喉が渇いていたので、水を飲んで塩を少し摂取。

その後、ソファに移動して寝直そうと思ったけど、

なかなか落ち着かず、少しノートに書き出し。

気づいたらソファでうとうと。

数時間後、ベッドに戻ってもう少し寝ました。

アラームをセットし忘れてて、6:30まで寝坊。

朝、体の数値をチェックすると…

すでに体脂肪の変化が出ていてビックリ!

やる気が出てきたので、氷水浴(2.3°C)を決行!

凍るような冷たさだったけど、最高の気分。

あまりに気持ちよくて記録も残しました。

その後は、家族のために朝食を作って、

みんなで一緒に朝ごはんを食べて、

息子と少し遊んで、

そして今から…公園に出発!

いってきます。
